THE SESCA GROUP COMPANIES RENAMED

Sesca Group industry branch companies have been registered under new names. The action is a phase in strategic streamlining of the group operations and structure.

The renamed companies will continue working under their earlier company identification as usual operation and they will operate independently as member of the group under their own names and in their own business areas.

Sesca Solutions Division, Sesca Solutions Oy (earlier Avecon Oy Ab, VAT-number 1915410-6 and address Korsholmanpuistikko 42, FI-65100 Vaasa) is Sesca Group divisional company for the industry branch.

The business of Energy Production Solutions and Services, Sesca Energy Oy (earlier VG Pro Oy, VAT-number 1915412-2 and address Korsholmanpuistikko 42, FI-65100 Vaasa) is focusing in combustion plant process applications, synchronous machine systems and services as well as oil and natural gas combustion equipment and systems. The customers are technology suppliers, owners and operators of power and heating plants.

The business of Industrial Electrification and Automation, Sesca TSA Oy (earlier Teknipartners Oy, VAT-number 0745327-2 and address Korsholmanpuistikko 42, FI-65100 Vaasa) is focusing in realizing industrial electrification and automation projects within industrial sectors.

Avecon Construction Engineering Division. Accordingly Oy Insinööritoimisto Fred & Co Ingenjörsbyrå Ab has been registered under the name Avecon Oy Ab (VAT-number 0399675-5 and address Korsholmanpuistikko 42, FI-65100 Vaasa). The company forms the divisional company for the construction engineering branch.

Sesca Visetec Oy (earlier Insinööritoimisto Visetec Oy, VAT-number 0780107-0 and address Rantakatu 8, POB 76, FI 92101 Raahe) was registered under the new name in the beginning of September.

Sesca Group was founded in spring 2005. There have been activities in the companies of the group already since 1989. The companies offer products and services in the businesses of telecommunication, energy production and industrial processes. There are close to 450 employees in the group working at thirteen different locations in Finland as well as in Estonia, Sweden, Germany, England, the Czech Republic, Romania and China. www.sesca.com
