Our objective is to build a common corporate-level ISO 9001-based quality management system, which covers all Sesca Group member companies and divisions. The main principles of our management are:

• recognizing and fulfilling the expectations of both customers and the markets, which we pursue by close customer cooperation and active market monitoring
• actively monitoring the operations, identifying risks and proactively correct the shortcomings detected
• maintaining a strong field expertise and investing in the staff’s skills and competencies
• recognizing the environmental and social effects related to our operations, and conducting our business according to sustainable development and the ethical principles commonly accepted
• making use of the corporate structure in developing our business
