Sesca Group employs about 400 professionals (11/2009). In addition to Finland we have operations in Sweden, Estonia and the Czech Republic.

We have divided our business into four business units, which are Sesca Energy Solutions, Sesca Drives, Sesca Industrial Solutions, Sesca International Operations and Sesca Embedded Solutions. In addition to these the Group includes the Avecon Construction Engineering Division as well as Sesca Mobile Platform, which produces mobile software for Linux.

Sesca Group is a Finnish limited company, and its registered office is in the city of Vaasa. The consolidated reporting and financial statements are provided according to the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). The first financial statements produced according to the IFRS were the Group’s third. The Group’s turnover grew 49% in 2007, being EUR 31.9 million (2006: EUR 21.44 million). The operating profit grew 43% to EUR 3.4 million (2006: EUR 2.43 million), and the operating margin was 15% (EUR 4.8 million).
