Riku Niemelä, eMBA, has been appointed the CEO of Sesca Group. Previously Niemelä worked as Executive Vice President of Sesca Drives business area. Prior joining Sesca in 2008 Niemelä was the managing director of Fara Oy (former Buscom Oy).

Finland-based Sesca delivers and integrates ICT and automation solutions and services for the telecommunication, energy production and process industries. Sesca employs approximately 600 professionals in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Czech Republic and Romania.
